TRX® Suspension Training® is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

Yoga

This Yoga class will work muscles you never knew you had, it will develop body-mind awareness, concentration and balance. You will move through many different challenging postures, linking movement with breath and focusing on proper alignment to develop flexibility and strength. At the end, you will experience meditation/relaxation techniques.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement and preventing injuries.

Stretching

Stretching is an extremely important practice to add to your daily routine to be on your way to better health. Stretching has multiple benefits for both your body and your mind. 
The more you stretch the more you move your muscles and the more flexible you become.
 

Core

Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles. Any exercise that involves the use of your abdominal and back muscles in coordinated fashion counts as a core exercise. You may also try several specific core exercises to stabilize and strengthen your core. 

Calisthenics

Modern name for Street workout. This type of exercise is characterized by a minimal use of equipment, it is a combination of athletics, gymnastics, and strength. Calisthenics improves flexibility, balance, agility, as well as increase strength significantly. 

This type of workout promotes a healthy fit lifestyle, and ultimately a healthier state of mind. Calisthenics is used by individuals wanting to increase strength and athleticism, as well as those wanting to increase endurance and also for general fitness and weight loss.
