01 Wellness Check
As part of our ongoing commitment to your personal health, a wellness check is conducted to define your full body composition, measuring fat, muscles, bones and water, in addition to assessing your current health condition, your strengths, and weaknesses.

02 Gym Inductions
The first session is designed to familiarize you with the club, the state-of-the-art equipment, and the exercise classes, and to get you acquainted with our caring professionals.

03 Personalized Programs
